The BEST {healthy} Cookie Recipe

A cookie that contains over 70 superfoods… and tastes, dare I say, better than a REESES? I promise you I am not kidding. There is one thing I don’t joke around about, and that is sweets. Nothing pisses me off more than someone saying “here try this healthy recipe, it tastes SO good…” and it tastes like a pile of cardboard. You won’t find that here, and I promise this recipe will not disappoint!

Shakeology Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Cookies

{{ if you haven’t tried Shakeology yet, and have been skeptical, these cookies alone are reason enough to give it a try! }}
-1c natural creamy PB
-3/4c organic honey
-1/2c coconut oil
-2tsp vanilla
-2 1/2c rolled oats
-2 scoops shakeology {I use vegan chocolate}

1.) melt PB, honey, and coconut oil in a pan over med. heat
2.) remove from heat when melted and add vanilla, shakeo, and oats
3.) stir and drop scoops on a pan with parchment paper
4.) place in fridge to harden {approx 10mins}
5.) ENJOY {I store in fridge}… by store I mean just make more because I practically eat the entire batch in one sitting….
