A KNOCKOUT Program: Core De Force

It’s time for a TKO!


Time to KNOCKOUT your excuses and sweat your way to your goals. Whether you are on your round 1 of your fitness journey, or round 10 looking to fine tune, maintain, or just a daily boost of your endorphins. This is going to be the program for YOU! It is released 10/31 and I cannot wait to be the first to get my order in! As an ELITE coach I have had the privilege of trying out this new program before the release date, and let me tell you it is AMAZING!

If you have heard of an old program Beachbody used to have called COMBAT, you might be familiar with these two faces, the trainers of CDF Joel Freeman and Jericho McMatthews. They are no beginner to helping people get KICKBUTT results, and they have taken the old favorite, COMBAT, and taken it up a notch with the delivery of this new program! And they are CONFIDENT that this program will help target that stubborn body fat with the mixed martial arts style training and protein control meal planning system.

The Format

Here’s how it works: each workout is broken into 3-minute “rounds,” just like a real boxing match. In those 3 minutes you’ll alternate between addictive Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai-inspired combinations, bodyweight training, and cardio spikes that kick your fat burn into overdrive. But all that punching and kicking doesn’t just burn calories. Each move, whether it’s a jab or a knee, is rotational, giving you a 360-degree core workout that will tighten up your entire midsection. All you have to do is hit it hard 3 minutes at a time and before you know it — you’re done! I can attest this workout does FLY by!

This program is for anyone whether you’re a beginner or you’re more advanced. There’s even a modifier in every workout and move breakdowns to help you master your hooks and kicks from the get-go.

Core de Force includes 4 MMA-style workouts, 2 bodyweight workouts, 2 core workouts, 1 active recovery workout, 1 quick before-bed stretch routine, {all workouts are 30-45 mins long} a quick-start guide, a 30-day calendar, an eating plan, and my personal 1:1 support as well as online group support with daily motivation, accountability, and FUN.
